Partners in Care Module 1:
Integrated Care and the Need for Community in Addressing Serious Mental Illness

In this module, we discuss the state of physical and mental health comorbidity impacting the lives of people living with serious mental illness. Presenters discuss integrating a community model as a solution to the crises in mental health.
Objectives: After completing the modules, participants will be able to:
