The Safe Opioid Prescribing series consists of 12 online modules, each approximately 30 minutes in length, collectively fulfilling 6 hours CME credit for medical providers and pharmacists. In the eleventh module, Dr. Laura Meyer-Junco discusses the controversies in opioid dosing and equianalgesic tables. She also talks about pain management in patients with renal or hepatic dysfunction. learners would know the difference between conversion ratios and equianalgesia

- Discuss the use of equianalgesic tables
- Review the recommended opioid conversion ratios from the new 2025 Opioid Conversion in Adults with Cancer guideline
