Objectives: 1. Understand how CM works and how to implement it within their practice.
2. Learn about the treatment of CM, the background of how it work and why, dispel myths of CM, and how to explain CM to patients.
3. Learn about the advantages to utilizing CM as a treatment option, how to implement and how the incentives work.
