Description:

The 8th Annual Dialysis symposium addresses how technologies can advance the care of our patients. According to Advancing American Kidney Health mandate by the Department of Health and Human Resources (HHS), providers and patients will be challenged on how to meet certain specific goals , which we believe can only be achievable by technologies placed across the spectrum of one's journey with the onset of kidney disease.
These goals includes: reducing the rate of progression of kidney disease, increasing the acceptance of home dialysis therapies and improving the availability of donor kidneys and lower kidney transplant rates across the nation to name a few. With the current pandemic due to COVID-19 , we hope viewing this activity will help participants choose the right technologies to help manage patients from the onset of kidney disease.
